Exciting Agenda. Now you can enjoy 2 different afternoon dance classes on Thursdays.
Every Saturday join John Ross for Tai Chi for Health, Arthritis, and Fall Prevention at 10:30 AM. There is no set fee for the class. Pay what you can.
Every Saturday join John Ross for Dance Fitness at 11:30 AM. There is no set fee for the class. Pay what you can.
The location for the Tai Chi and Dance Fitness is Monroe Hall in Santa Rosa. 1400 W. College Ave.
Every Thursday there will be a dance/level taught at 1:00 PM and another dance/level at 2:00 PM.
This is a drop-in group class. The class does not build on the previous weeks material. You can come in anytime during the month. The lesson can be a different dance and or level each month. Look at the months of year below to find the dance and level for each month. .
When: Every Thursday the first class will be from 1-2 PM and the second class will be from 2-3 PM.
Location: Monroe Hall. 1400 W College Ave, Santa Rosa, CA
Cost: $14 per person for one of the two classes. $20 per person for both of the classes.

April 2026 – 1:00 PM, Beginning Nightclub 2 Step. 2:00 PM, Intermediate Nightclub 2 Step.
May 2026 – 1:00 PM, Beginning Merengue. 2:00 PM, Beginning Texas 2 Step.
June 2026 – 1:00 PM, Beginning American Waltz. 2:00 PM, Pre-Intermediate American Waltz.
July 2026 – 1:00 PM, Beginning Bachata. 2:00 PM, Intermediate Bachata.
August 2026 – 1:00 PM, Beginning Salsa. 2:00 PM, Intermediate Salsa.
September 2026 – 1:00 PM, Beginning Cha Cha. 2:00 PM, Pre-Intermediate Cha Cha. We break on count 2 for Cha Cha.
October 2026 – 1:00 PM, Beginning Rumba. (The Dance of Love). 2:00 PM, Pre-Intermediate Rumba (The Dance of Love).
November 2026 – Beginning East Coast Swing. 2:00 PM, Pre-Intermediate East Coast Swing.
What: Social Dance and Lesson-cancelled
When: It was on the second Saturday of every month. Due to lack of attendance, it has been cancelled. If you would like for it be reinstated please send me a note stating so. Happy Dancing.
